Designing a suitable coaching programme

Coaching concepts based on individual performance deficits are no longer up to date and do not live up to the expectations of the top performers in the company.

In the first contact with the management we sound out,

  • how intense coaching should be used for company development,
  • which new, success-relevant challenges managers have to master,
  • whether HR already sees itself as a driver of development and how it could find its way there.

And we identify coaching formats that could be used so that the company’s development can be positively influenced by the coaching offer.

If these questions have been answered, we get to work. And at the end of this phase, we provide you with a coaching programme which is unequivocally accepted by the user group.
